I remember that tool. I must have lost that years ago. Anyway, I used a
small thin flat head screwdriver. Pryed both ends of the chips, and it
worked like a charm!
By the way, is it just me, or is the Zip Chip (8mhz and possibly the 4mhz
version as well) not exactly 100% 65c02 compatible? One particular program
where I noticed something strange is ShrinkIt 3.4.
If you view a file (T-Type Files) everything is fine, but when you go back
to the main menu, and move the arrow keys, you can see "T-Type Files" in
the middle of the top line on the screen. I have noticed this ever since
using ShrinkIt 3.4 with my 8Mhz Zip Chip //e. When using the standard 1Mhz
65c02 chip that comes with the //e, I do not see this cosmetic bug. Has
anyone else noticed this??? I am sure there are other 'minor' observations
out there.
