I can understand the need for trimming BW for a net feed, but what
would really help would be a clip-on mike for the presenter and
having someone make the "supreme sacrifice" of manning the camera
to pan and zoom appropriately.  Doing this pretty well solves the
problem of live action and projector light balance.  Of course,
nothing is going to make NTSC look much like XGA, but the IIgs
screens should look pretty good...
