It was in the prototypes01.mov, 'Tour of Apple2.org' on the web site. 
It is approximately 3.5 minutes in and lasts about 2.5 minutes where he
shows and discusses the DuoUnidisk 3.5" drive.

After watching it again, Tony did not mention where he got the parts to
populate the board when he did his experimenting.
