Color/monochrome setting is for the RGB connector.

Is this a NTSC or PAL composite video monitor? Are there settings
for various composite type signals? I know the Commodore monitors
has several switches for various composite video modes. I don't know
about the Magnavox monitor though. It could be that there is some
signal differences. I did have my IIgs hooked up to a composite input
on my TV and it worked in color but your composite video input could
be different.
