When I bought mine, I got a 3.01F straight from Sequential Systems.  Sadly,
I no longer have that card in my possession.

Bloody well right we ought to!  Particularly those of you who believe in
emulators should understand that.  Eventually, inevitably, hardware goes
south.  I'd rather be able to burn a new EPROM than beg on newsgroups and
spend a small fortune on eBay for a hardware defect I could correct, given
the right tools.
