i did not mean that there were NO part numbers, i just meant that there was no
;info on the bottom of the drive saying what platform they are for and what
capacity they were.  the dirves with the eject button (not my 800kb listed mac
only drives) do say on the bottom of them that they are "apple 3 1/2 drive" and
part number a9m0106.

now exactly what platform are those 3 1/2 inch drives for?  gs or mac?  and
what is the difference between Unidisk and these apple 3 1/2 drives?  are
unidisk for apple 2 family or mac or both?
