Thanks, Wayne. I pulled the 16k card and plugged the 1 meg into slot
0, worked fine. I'm not going to mess with the power supply much, if
at all, because my eventual plans are to put the motherboard on a
mobile platform and make a robot out of it. It'll be drawing power
from rechargable batteries.
