Hello all!
Today I installed an 8MHz Zip Chip in my model A2s4100 //c. There is
also a 1MB Apple memory expansion card installed. At first I thought
there would be a problem since the Zip Chip is so much larger than the
standard 65c02, but when I got everything back together there was about
1/16" of space between the tops of the Zip Chip and RAM/control chips.
A few questions:
1) Since there is so little space between the chips, do you think there
will be a problem with overheating?
2) What is the key command for booting into 1MHz?
3) Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the Zip utilities disk?
