These are D.I.Y. cases. In the 80s you could buy a Taiwanese "Apple"
board for around $300 (or the empty pcb for $50). "Apple II"-style cases
were available, but most people preferred the "IBM-PC" look or 19"
racks.
Taiwanese boards were sold with 48k (a clone of the Rev7 Apple ][plus),
with 64k and an additional Z80 cpu, and as a clone of the NTSC Rev A IIe
with an additional DIP-16 connector for the IIplus Keyboard.
In Europe Apple clones made nearly 75% of the market share, Apple's
lawyers were too far away to stop this.
