It uses 1MBx1 DRAMs (150ns or faster) in a ZIP package. Each chip
has the pins along one side only, horizontally, in a zig-zag pattern. Both
banks must be filled so you'll need a total of 16 chips. Also, don't forget
to short the jumper in the lower right corner once they've been installed.
Alltech Electronics (www.allelec.com) should carry them if you want
to deal with an company familiar with the Apple II. Otherwise just do a
search for "1MBx1", "DRAM" and "ZIP" and you'll find a company
or person selling these.
