Hi Roger,

Thanks for the advice.   I have tried disconnecting the keyboard (And
everything else apart from power & monitor), unfortunatly still no
luck.   I have also tried checking the motherboard possible shorts
around the Joystick connections but it all looks fine.   Anything else I
can try?
