To whom should they have sold it? I doubt this seriously, until i see
an "official" statement about this.
Btw, how do you define "Apple II" trademark? All my manuals have only
the "Apple" name and logo registered, and the only trademark deal that
i know of is with Apple Records, the record company that in the past
has published The Beatles records....
