Seven Hills/MyeSource -- gone?

    Would anyone know what became of Seven Hills Software? Two years
ago the company changed its name to "MyeSource" and had moved its 
focus from software publisher to some sort of Internet based company.
They continued publishing and selling Apple IIgs software under the new
name, for awhile anyway...

    Well back earlier this year they just disappeared completely with-
out any trace. Now their domain name, which expired a few months 
back, is no longer even registered (www.myesource.com) 

    Are they bankrupt or just going through another transitional
change once again? I'm only asking because there's a *lot* of 
exceptional software tied up with them (e.g. TransProg, Manager,
GraphicsWriter, SuperConvert, Kanagroo, Independence and many 
more titles). Their last known address was in Tallahassee, Flordia.
