New to the Apple IIGS, unknown card in slot 7.

Hello,

I recently received an Apple IIGS. I'm still waiting for the monitor to
get here, but while I'm waiting, there's this card that I wish to ask about.
The IIGS had these two cables coming out of the side of the case, labeled 1
and 2. They both have the same ports on them, and these ports are identical
to the floppy disk port. If the card were two slots over I'd have enough
room to mount the ports into a couple of the openings on the back, the two
which are on the side opposite of the power supply, so that they aren't
hanging out sloppily like they are now because they would fit in those
openings perfectly.

I haven't had anything plugged into the card when the IIGS has been on. But
I think it might be a disk drive controller. on one of the corners is the
text
 "REV B"
"35 30C201 00"

I think the "C2" in the second line is identifying a part and was written
over a couple digits in the serial number.

What I'm wondering, is what this card is and if I could move it over to Slot
5 and have what ever it is work so that I could mount the ports in the two
slots to make things a little less sloppy looking...with the card in slot 7,
there is not enough room to fit the two ports into the openings on the back
of the case.

I have put up some pictures of the card at the following web address:

Thank you.
