Apple II GS : 2 questions from Mars

Hello everybody... I'm just arriving from Mars ! Mars a wonderfull planet
with million people using the same machines and the same OS.

Okay, the fact is : 10 years after I think I could be happy to come back to
programming on a II GS (my last environment was Orca)

4 Questions :

1) Is there a port of Linux on II GS ? Linux is ported on embedded systems
with no MMU and limited cpu power, thus it's not a so silly question (yes ?
it is ? why ?)
2) Is there a TCP/IP stack on GNO ? (Marinetti ?? What's this ?)
3) Is there an ethernet card II GS compatible ?
4) How many people are still using II GS for programming ? 100 ? 1000 ?
