Congratulations, you've found a bug in Focus Formatter! :) Resize your HFV
partition to be one "block" less in size than it currently is (however many
K that works out to) and try to initialize the HFV partition again. (Due to
a GUI bug, you may have to shrink it by two blocks - notice how if you drag
the slider all the way to the top, you get one "max" value...then try using
the "single" buttons to reduce it by one "block" and then add it back...it
won't.)
Note: This only affects HFV partitions at the end of the disk.
