    I'm not entirely clear on your question, though I suppose your
asking at what IIgs clock-speed does the clock timer count 
down in *time-real* seconds. Well, back when I beta tested
I remember it running a bit _too_ fast at 15 MHz, after one of
the later versions had some optimizations added.

    I think it runs close to '1 second' = '1 second' when set at
around 8 MHz on my ZipGS, though that's with 64K cache.
Though even at higher speeds, the clock wasn't thrown
that much off, maybe a .5 of a second or so.
