There'd have to be some hacking somewhere as those keyboards aren't a strait
drop-in. While the main part of the keyboard and the numeric keypad are each a
good fit for the case, there's too much space between the two on the adb
keyboards. also the reset keys in the wrong position. It wouldn't be that hard
to move the two parts closer together, just a hour or twos work. Could just
make the caseopening bigger but that'd likely look bad no matter how carefull
you were.
Of course if a person was really ambitious they could rewire a IIe keyboard
into an adb one. That is a lot of work, though.
