     What nonsense.

     GS+ software has been openly available for free download from all sorts of
places for years. During that time, there is no indication that the copyright
owner ever objected in his posts to Csa2 newsgroups or anywhere else.

     For Tom to believe that there would be no problem with distributing the
software was completely reasonable. In fact, there was no problem until just
recently.

     It was always understood that Ross owned the rights to the software and
that, should he request it, the software would be withdrawn from the free
public archives. He has now requested it and, as far as I know, the software
has been removed from access via the major public archives.

     Well, so far, all that has happened is that some software and Text copies
of issues are no longer easily and freely available.

     It seems like every time your group decides to "support the Apple II"
another bunch of stuff turns up missing. Why not try creating and selling
something _new_?

     Not clear why you should object to a project to solve a problem for Mac
