II GS. What came with the unit?

I'm looking into buying a IIgs. What was included with the unit? How
much ram was standard, what kind of drives, and I/O cards. Is there a
site that will indicate what the system came with? I can find a keyboard
and base unit, but what else came with it?

Boot up sequence. What was it? Anything I should look out for?
