No kiddin' Simon? Did you read the above part? He wants to know if anyone
in the group *also* owns an 8500 and could help him with a specific
problem.
What, you don't own another computer besides your Apple II stuff? I think
it would be a logical conclusion for most people.
The guy apologized for the posting in this group and knew it was off-topic.
If you wanted to reach the most number of people in this group that might
own an 8500 *besides* an Apple II, how would you have done it so as not to
piss off somebody like you?
