Unfortunately the DuoDisk is an exception.  There's one analog card for 2
drives
and the connector is a db25 connector which is part of the analog card. The
cable
"converts that to db19.
I can't imagine why they would design something like that when it must be
cheaper to
have an ordinary cable and do the downsizing on the analog card. The Apple III
used
a 26 pin connector. could it have originally been designed for the Apple III
then
modified for the II?
