In some installs of System 6.0.1 the Finder is actually called Start
in the System folder.

If the SetStart CDEV is installed then Finder is called Finder in the
System folder and there will be a smaller program called Start in the
System folder that is used to launch whatever program you have set the
SetStart CDEV to start when the system is booted.
