I own an old NEC multisync monitor which can operate at NTSC frequencies... When I used it with my IIgs it doesn't get a very good picture... lots of noise in the picture.
Then I started getting all my game systems hooked up to my Sony PVM 2530 via RGB and I went out and found a particular model of KVM that supports these signals and is relatively easy to find online for a fair price. When I was getting things hooked up I went to test it out to make sure it worked by plugging it into the IIgs and the NEC Multisync and was shocked to see that it cleaned up the picture immensely.
