Netware sucks! Microsoft sucks worse! Unix (most of them) rules! (I
smell a flame war coming which I am going to opt out of after this
post).

No. We use a mix of sendmail on Linux and Mercury/Pegasus on
Netware. Inbound email goes through some Linux boxes running sendmail,
then it gets dumped into MERCURYS.NLM on a Netware 5 server. Outbound
email gets send from netware to a different Linux box. That linux does
the end to end delivery.

How? I have never heard of an IPX driver for the IIgs, let alone a
client side netware filesystem. Nor have I ever heard of a Netware
server serving files via Appletalk, NFS, AFS, SMB or any other non
Novell network filesystem. Does your Mac mount a netware volume and
then re-export it to your IIgs using Appletalk?
