I'm wondering... my Super Serial Card II has the DIP switches marked with one
side as "Open" the other side not. With most things electronics, I'd assume
"Open" means "Off"... however I've been getting some strange results with the
card... which way is it supposed to be? Open is "on" or Open is "Off"?
