Gee, I wish I had clairvoyance and/or telepathy like you so that I,
too, could know exactly what kind of color composite monitor the guy
has, even though he didn't bother saying.
I do agree that when the poster said he had a color monitor it's pretty
lame to ask him if his monitor is monochrome...
