First: Do you have the correct formating software? Grab the CMS file from
here:
http://www.allelec.com/apple2sw.htm
and try it. You need the scsi.system file, not the cms standrad format file
Second: After the Low Level Format, did you HOGH level format the disk using
a utility like Copy II Plus?
