I used to have one.  It's a conventional serial card, though the chip
is a bit different than the one used in the Super Serial Card.  The
switches set baud rate and also IIRC turn handshaking on and off.  On
mine, there was also a handshake jumper block to determine where the
handshake signal came from.  You can use it with "PR#s" and "IN#s"
(where s is the slot), or access the registers directly.

Info on the 6850 chip is probably available.  The next trick would be
to figure out where the registers are mapped; probably disassembling
the slot ROM would help there, if you can't find the information.
