AFAIK, yes.  Supposedly the cable that hooks the DuoDisk to the controller
is somewhat rare.  I bought another DuoDisk after giving away my first one,
and it came with the cable, so I doubt the claimsmade as to the cable's
rarity.  Since that cable can only hook a DuoDisk to a controller, I don't
know why they would ever be separated (except maybe by some of the eBay
crowd looking to make more $$$ off of Apple II parts, much as some of the
old-radio sellers yank the tubes out of radios and sell them separately).
