I have that book (plus a different ProDOS book).  Although I will NOT
place the book itself on the internet, I might document the ProDOS MLI
and possibly disk data structures, and post those (with proper
citations, under the fair use law thingy, just like a book report or
research paper).  But I have other things to do first.
