Yes, well I don't actually expect to see it scanned in and posted on
the net any time soon. But I'd download it if I did. Also, like with
the red book, just about all of the info is already available. The one
thing I've had trouble finding on the net is good information about
how the Disk II works. The raw format of Apple floppies is well known
and not that hard to find, but information about the controller card
and the state machine for recognizing disk bytes is harder to come by.
I found some docs a while back, but they're pretty sketchy.

As for the copyright on the book - I wonder if anyone has contacted the
authors and asked them about releasing it into the public domain or at
least allowing the book to made available in some form on the internet.
I kind of doubt there'll ever be another printing but the information
is still interesting.
