So you want to say that killing a man to build a house from his bones
and skin is more acceptable than killing a man in rage (e.g. when
you've just encountered him making love to your wife, or raping your
child).
 
BTW men do kill other men "in vengeful anger for no useful purpose"
in wars, without getting punished.  But if you're drafted, and then
refuse to kill, THEN you'll be punished.....
