Update:

Using ProSel's Backup/Restore utility I was able to restore the backup
set to a blank partition on my CFFA. There didn't appear to be any
errors, or if there were ProSel didn't complain about them. But there
wasn't anything on the drive isn't already widely available. It looks
like it was a second/data partition. Appleworks, Print Shop, some
other productivity software, and lots of Print Shop graphics, public
domain programs, games, graphics, music files and other stuff from
online sites.
