Setting baud rate in ii GS Control Panel

I am still trying to get ADTgs to work, and
have got it boiled down to needing to set the
baud rate on the APple IIGS. It recieves the
adtgs.dmp at 1200 buad, but, does not save
to the file correctly.

The ONLY GS OS that I have is 4.0,
and there does not appear to be anything
like a control panel anywhere.
