Re: Another SCSI card question ...
Well I don't know most of the answers to the questions.
The more I think about it I sort of forgot a key part -- namely that this is
a 'new' drive and I have not done much testing with it yet.

I think it's not terminated internally. It's a PLI (FWIW) 88 meg and all the
switches were in the no termination position. The HS card came straight out
of a new sealed box and was installed as it was shipped.
Also, it 'works' with and without this external termination pack. That is
why I am asking because I would have thought it should not have worked with
internal and an external termination (unless more at the end doesn't
matter).
There is only a single device. I don't know if the SyQuest drive supplies
term power.

One device and HS card. How would I terminate the first device anyway?

I don't know about the card or the SyQuest wrt term power.
