Close, but not quite.  An original (I don't care for "unenhanced") IIe will
say "Apple ][" (mixed-case) at bootup.  A II or II+ will say "APPLE ]["
(uppercase).

How about a IIc Plus?  I've never actually seen one...what is its boot
message?
