Yes, it will work with a PC.

The easiest way to make the physical connection is via the PC's serial port
and the Laserwriter's serial port. You need to put a "null modem" adapter on
one end of the serial cable before interconnecting the two.

The Laserwriter IIf understands both Postscript Level 2 and PCL4+. If your
PC is running Windows 9x there  is a Postscript driver for this printer on
the installation CD - all you need to do is select and install it.
