With difficulty, yes. The monitor has binary save and load commands for tape
access.
Anyway DOS 3.3 is easier because it can INIT a disk Going direct to Prodos
would be pointless without also transferring a program to format a disk,
then also the boot files PRODOS and BASIC.SYSTEM. Much more trouble than
going DOS 3.3 then ADT then Prodos as an image.
