Sorry. You're right. I *did* apply the 7.5.5 update but had forgotten
about it.
Also, I'm not running GS/OS, but my humble IIc kept from days of yore.

I'm not terribly sure what ProType actually does any more. It removes the
resource fork?
When I use ResEdit to look at a file before I ProType it, it (ResEdit)
protests that if it opens the file it will add a resource fork.
It is all a little like VooDoo to me at this point.
Ah, for the days when I could just go to the store and buy something.
