WTD: IIc Modem Cable Pinouts

Hello,

  I am trying to put a 14.4 Supra Modem on my IIc.  Can anyone supply
me with the pinouts for the cable?  I have the parts.  The IIc is a
late model IIc (version 3?) with the extended RAM slot on the
motherboard (but without the extra 1-Meg of RAM)  No, this is NOT a
IIc+.  (I need the pinouts for the large Din-5 to DB-25).  I anticipate
using ProTERM 3.1 as telecomm software.
