The partition you boot on a hard disk (ZIP disk, etc.) has to be the first
partition created on that particular device. If your PRODOS file is in some other
partition it will not be available during booting.
The PRODOS file you get from a GS System disk should be the P8 file (in the
System/ folder). Once the P8 file is copied to the boot partition it should be
renamed to "PRODOS".

If a link ( at http://home.swbell.net/rubywand/A2FAQs4MAJORSITES.html ) is
labeled "(down)", it probably will not work. Most of the disk image sources are
currently on-line and working. The Asimov sites are down except for Asiomv-East.
