I am pretty sure it is on the Golden Orchard CD. If it is I remember it
being in MPW cross-compiler assembly. You'll need MPW (free from Apple) and
the MPW IIGS cross-compiling stuff ($$ from Byte Works). Both are still
available, as is the Golden Orchard CD from Shareware Solutions II (although
I haven't seen too many posts from Joe Kohn for a while so I am assuming it
is still available).
