Marble Madness for //e can be deprotected (making a copy via Locksmith
is the first step); and, disk images are available. However, a barrier with
running MM/2e from 3.5" diskette is that, apparently, the game runs under a
cut-down version of DOS 3.3-- i.e. it seems to directly access the DOS 3.3
RWTS routines and not use the usual file interface. So, there are no nice
obvious files to transfer and modify as necessary to run under ProDOS.

Since deprotected disk images are available, you may be able to run
MM/2e from 3.5" diskette via DOS 3.3 Launcher. For information about DOS 3.3
Launcher see http://home.swbell.net/rubywand/Csa2DOSMM.html#022 .
