me just because you don't agree with an argument that I present in a debate.

Now as for the point you were trying to make...

If no one has tried it in court yet, then the argument I presented still has
merit. If it has already been tried, then I must concede to case law. Until
it is confirmed that the argument has been tested in court, the safe
assumption is that it hasn't and thus still has merit.
