Apple is suing John Doe and attempting to get a court order forcing the ISP
top reveal the name of the person that posted the pics.
I believe that all Apple wants to do is find out which employee is giving out
company secrets so they can fire them . Likely will drop the suing part once
they find out the culprits identity. Unless they're annoyed enough that they
want to make an example of him.
