But Jeff, you can't sue unless there is a law violated. There must be a legal
basis for the suit. If (in reference to another post) the Feds won't prosecute
unless the theft of software exceeds $1000, doesn't mean that taking a $100 piece
of software isn't theft. It only means that the copyright owner can't count on the
Feds unilaterally defending his/her rights.
