Frank, please run for Congress.  I might vote for you.  The Republican
theory of boasting the economy is to give tax-breaks, especially to
higher-tax payers, to boast the economy and benefit the gov't, rather than
using the tax excess to reduce the nation's enormous debt.  I am glad you
see the fallacy in this trickle down theory.  Collect the taxes and pay
down the debt, I say.  We borrowed in the past from our children and
grandchildren - now is the time to pay them back!
