Exactly my <sarcastic> point. If Apple Computer does NOT object, why do
people object and carry on about Asimov carrying IIGS ROM image files?
Apple C. has the copyright. Apple C. chooses NOT to object. I think I
know how Apple C. would be treated in court if they sued for copyright
violation. I do not know exactly what the legal status of the IIGS ROM
copyrights are, but I do know the copyright is nearly worthless in value,
and that I have NO right to take legal action. Why is ROM copyright an
issue on csa2? No one is selling ROMs in a dark alley at night for $$$.
It is Apple's copyright; Apple will deal with it as Apple wants to.
Period. Or, case closed.
