Dear Steve,

The concern wasn't about the ground archive, it was that mentioning
Turley could be taken as endorsing piracy.  I don't see it as censorship
yet.  As far as I know the editing was done by one person.  Since I wasn't
notified until after the newsletter came out I couldn't argue the point.
It just surprised me that there was such a policy.  I plan to talk about
the editing this next board meeting.  And I will undoubtedly be discussing
what I've written here.  Should be interesting.
